  • Being a succulent lover I visited here on 4-18-18 for the first time after reading the good reviews. I just want to start by saying customer service by the new manager was a 5 star! I'm giving a 2 star for the succulents and cacti that they currently have, definitely have been neglected, haven't been watered or cared for for a LONG time and ready to be thrown out. I give kudos to Carrie the manager, she is fairly new there and has taken on the task of cleaning things up. I can tell she works hard and takes pride in what she does. She took about 45 minutes to show me around and introduce me to all the animals that are on site. Speedy the sweet tortoise was precious. I'm hoping to return and see that Carries hard work has payed off.
