  • Hug n pups is the only place we will take our four legged children too. First because my English bulldog has heart issues and any trauma can cause him some serious issues. Second because my older cocker spaniel was abused before I got her at a young age so she can be very shy. My cocker used to HATE the groomers (took her to petsmart before). So bad that I would get a call saying that she did a #2 all over because she was locked up in a cage and placed a blower on her to dry. That scared her!!! But here my cocker can't wait to go the groomers. She literally walks in and doesn't even look back at me. LOL it is really cute! My English bulldog didn't show any issues and when picked him up he was hanging out with everyone walking around like the stud he is!!! I love this place - great customer service - great service P.s. I referred someone and they forgot to apply the discount for referral. She actually called me back two days later and told me she forgot. Kept saying sorry and how she will apply it next time. Keep in mind I didn't even know I was getting it or that it wasn't used. Honest people! Totally love that! Again great people!!!!!
