Avoid the Wynn Poker room. Too many local pros looking to take the tourists. The room itself is terrific and the staff is equally professional and outstanding. They can't bar local pros from going after their hotel guests, but they should police the play a little more. I'm not saying the local pros are cheating. I don't have an axe to grind because I didn't lose any money to the local pros in the three different 5 hour sessions I played 1/2 PLO. However, I got a distinct impression the local pros play so much together at the 1/2 PLO, and that there were at least 4 to 6 of the 9 seats taken by them at any given time, that the game itself becomes skewed in their favor because they intimately know the style of each other which works against the tourists. The Aria poker room didn't have the same local pro numbers dominating the 1/2 PLO which made it a much fairer poker room for tourists. So I would rank the room and staff five stars, but I would not recommend playing PLO there because if your from out of town, you are at an instant disadvantage based on my week of play. This is anecdotal for this week in February 2018,so I will provide this disclaimer, maybe it's not this way all year long. I only know what I experienced this particular week.
