  • Well got a quote 2 quotes, one for just my house and one for my house patio cover and detached studio. $3800 for the house and $1600 for the patio/studio. I decided with the holiday and just the Patio/studio leaking I would do the projects separately and take care of the house in the spring. Terry came back out and I explained my plan. I thought we were good but then I get an email with a new quote adding on an additional $500 for the patio/studio (now $2100). Krista explained that the added cost was to pay to dispose of the materials and for gas because I am way out in Henderson! seriously! I am a business owner and I don't charge my customers for cost of doing business expenses! They are a tax deduction for Christ sake! Happily taking my money elsewhere.
