I went here for lunch while I was taking a weekend class, and was worried that there would be a lack of vegetarian options. While there weren't many, there were still more than what I was expecting. I had dau hu cuon (tofu summer rolls) and bun dau hu (vermicelli noodles with tofu). Both were delicious, even though it wasn't the "pho" experience. The noodles were a huge portion, and I had more than enough for lunch the next day. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meal as well.
Service was a bit lacking, but that's probably because it was during the lunch rush. It did take about 20 minutes to get our bill though.
