| - Update re: overcharge: Manager Mollie from SunUp got in touch with me & credited back the difference; she also explained that, when looking through the receipts, she found another receipt with the same subtotal as mine but the doubled tip--probably the server entering all the receipts/tips from our group got the two mixed up (and charged the other person less). I applaud the responsiveness not just to a negative Yelp review but to a customer service issue; it was handled quickly and politely.

Went to SunUp on Saturday with a group, they seemed nice & accommodating at the time & had offered us an entire room/building to ourselves (which we more than filled), ran separate checks/tabs for each person/family like any bar and the food & drink were good. 3.5 to 4 stars for the food & drink, I'd say.
Just checked my bank account and noticed that *they doubled my tip*. Yes, I had filled in both the tip amount and the total amount clearly, and yes I did the same on my own copy of the receipt--and I keep all my receipts, and log them when I get home. A little neurotic, maybe, but I'm disputing the transaction with my bank right now, and at least I have the proof I need. *** See note above: This situation has been satisfactorily resolved and the dispute cancelled with my bank.
