I came to Auxiliary Crossfit on the recommendation of a pal, and I'm totally hooked. It's been about 4 months now and I can do REAL pull ups (well more than few in a row at least) and feel a whole lot stronger than I did before.
I'd never been to crossfit before so wasn't entirely sure of what to expect--but I knew that I didn't love going to the gym due not really knowing what to do to get the best out of my workouts. This is probably the number one thing I love about Auxiliary. It's constantly challenging and consistently different. The owners/coaches are very careful to help you refine and/or modify any movements you aren't sure about, and the other cross-fitters are also a wealth of knowledge. It's a great community and I've already roped in a few other friends to come to Auxiliary with me (they are also hooked).
