  • I phoned Shea Garage Door office at noon today because I could not open my garage door. A lovely woman put the owner on the phone with me right away. We quickly figured out that one of my springs had broken. He told me that he would be at my home near Anthem by 1:30. To my surprise he showed up 20 minutes earlier than quoted, replaced both springs at my request, lubed and adjusted my garage door and was gone by 2:00pm. My service was friendly, honest, clean, fast and efficient. Just a wonderful job! He educated me on the basics of how my opener worked and taught me how to get my vehicle out should it become stuck again. My opener has never been quieter or ran more smoothly. The icing on the cake was he charged me less than any other garage door company that I had called for quotes near Anthem. One company actually wanted 280.00. I was charged half that. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Shea Garage Door in the future and refer all my friends.
