  • I went in to get my watch fixed. Loss of a pin, battery dead. Also needed to send out my other watch to get repaired. They fixed my watch, told me what to fill out so I can my watch fixed. Both of the employees were great, I talked with Curtis woke the other employee fixed my watch. After he was done with my watch, said that the battery was on them today! This is why I buy Fossil, they treat you right. When I need a new watch I will come back to the store.
