  • This is the worst company I have ever experienced! I took a day off to get internet installed... eta was between 8am and 5pm. At 6:30pm I called them and they stated they were not going to arrive until 10am tomorrow morning and offered me free installation. AGAIN... at 11:30 I called asking where the tech is and they replied that my installation is in 2 weeks!!!!!! AND no free installation! I was so upset I asked to speak to the manager who could have cared less about my situation!
