Left home at 3:30. First flight didn't offer food. Second flight didn't offer food. Flight landed in Montreal at 11:30. Checked in at midnight. Bar is closed. Restaurant is closed. Only thing open nearby is McDonald's, which for some reason had all of its systems down for 15 minutes. Came back to hotel. Late-night menu has about 10 items on it, I can't eat any of them due to a gluten allergy -- if I eat gluten, my neurological issues kick in and I can't use my arms.
"Service Express" connected me to Pizza St-Laurent, which had a woman who didn't understand English answering the call. I asked her three times for a hamburger with no bun. She made me order over $10 worth of food before they'd deliver. Order was $21. All I had was $30 CAD on me, so I gave that to the delivery person, only to find that the hamburger had a bun.
So I get to go to bed hungry. Maybe want to rethink your incredibly, shockingly limited menu, Westin?
