  • I've never been to a shelter that I could not walk through. Its hard to judge the size by pictures and their descriptions don't give you enough info about the animal. I found the process of waiting to see an animal then sending it back so I could see another, just to frustrating. I attempted to tell the person helping me what I was looking for but he was not interested in helping me. When I gave up, I heard him talking about me loudly to a fellow employee. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I will not go back.
