  • Pushy salespeople and deceptive sales tactics. The place is only marginally better priced than other furniture retailers, but the quality of the pieces is nowhere near as good. Our couches were not in stock when we shopped, they showed us a magazine with the colors we liked, and had us sit on couches that were built with "the same materials." The couches we received were entirely different. The sales staff is pushy. The return policy if you are unsatisfied is horrendous (25% restocking fee, no refund on delivery, and the remaining 75% is returned via store credit only), which is not explained up front. They are quick to point out that it is on the invoice that was signed. I get it, I should read what I sign, but seriously, in today's retail experience, is a reasonable return policy ever not provided. A deviation this big from standard procedure should at least be mentioned at the time of purchase. Not only would I not recommend this place, I actively tell people not to shop there. If you are buying furniture go anywhere else.
