I am neveeeeer the one to leave bad reviews, especially with the fact that I work in customer service (I know how it is BELIEVE ME). But I had just ordered a drink earlier today; I noticed a hair stuck under the lid so I had pulled it out of my drink, it was a long hair. Guess what? That's okay, it happens. I'm not mad. I understand. That's not why I'm leaving this review. I came back in, politely told them what had happened and asked if they would make a new one. The same cashier I had earlier asked where it was made after I had told them it was there and then asked the woman behind her (assuming it was the manager) if she could make a new one and I had explained to her what happened. She gave kind of a weird look at me about it which is why I'm leaving this review. I don't know why it should even be questioned/a problem to make a new drink when you find someone else's hair in it. The entire way there that's what I was solely worried about happening. I never come off rude when that happens because I know hair in your drink is a simple mistake. I appreciate them making me a new one, but I didn't expect for them to be rude about it...
