rev:text	This place is a scam joint... Brought my dog into have his teeth cleaned and have shots updated... Immediately they sit you down to watch a video for their "care program" much like most cults do upon the initial visit... The estimate for my dogs cleaning was about $300 and the doc said some of his teeth could have to be removed at an extra cost and he said it might be a couple hundred more but he wouldn't know until he started... 3 hour later, I get a call from the doc saying that they have him under and the bill would be $1000!!!! I said fine, because if he needed it I didn't care what it cost, but I was really upset that the doctor was so off on the estimate and started to feel that I was a victim of a bait and switch... Then when I picked my dog up, the doctor said that he wasn't able to finish all the work that was needed so he wanted to schedule another cleaning in a month or two. What???? I told him that wasn't going to happen and I would be bringing him somewhere else for future cleanings. Fast forward to today (6 months later) I brought him in for a standard vaccine update, which usually takes about 30 min at my old vet, the girl on the phone said it would be 3 hours!!! Which I didn't like because pets hate being at the vet and mitigating their time there is the kindest way to handle it... But, I said ok and brought him in at 8 am... Then after checking him in, the girl said he would be ready no later than 5pm!!!! That's a 9 hour window!!!! I will never bring my pet back here, they are always trying to up sell you on additional and unnecessary services and they don't care about the your pet...
