  • THEY REFUSE TO ALLOW YOU TO WITHDRAW YOUR OWN MONEY. No kidding. Lucky for them I did not go with my husband when they refused to let him do a withdrawal for 5k. The teller even went as far As asking my husband what he wanted the money for. REALLY?!!We are being questioned what we need to withdrawal our own money for? At this point my husband was mad and told the teller what his thoughts were on refusing to do the withdrawal. She even bragged to Him that she had refused to allow another gentleman to withdraw 10k the day before so this is obviously common practice for them. She finally told my husband she would do him a favor and allow him to do the withdrawal but only after she forced him to tell her what he wanted the money for. Like I said, they are lucky I did not go otherwise I would of closed my account right there and then and withdraw all our money. This is just ridiculous, his name is on our joint account and he had proper ID so I don't understand what their problem is. Just yesterday they blocked my card when attempting to purchase a $600 crib at babies r us, apparently there's a 300 daily limit on your az credit card purchase and everything over that automatically freezes your card. Never have I heard of a bank that controls your money this way. I have Been with them for over 11 years but enough is enough and we are currently looking for another bank, one that won't hold our money hostage
