  • Where other installers BS'd me, and in Empire Today's case even broke contract, Rustin was honest, upfront and fair. A few of the other installers we spoke with refused to itemize their invoices, insisted we buy their product, and wound up wasting a lot of my time. Rustin was the opposite, he worked over text, was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and encouraged me to find product at the right price -- he even picked it up! Rustin and his team left the place better than when they found it, even helped me fix a sliding glass door.
