  • We have been shopping here for years, but this will be our last time. First, we have never tried to return anything until recently. We bought a wheelchair for my 90 year father in law who isn't able to leave the house. We bought it, took it to him and it doesn't fit. So, we tried taking it back and were told ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except, Electronics and Clothing... So the manager came out and told us tough luck and we should have measured before we bought it. Those were his exact words. So, let me get this straight, you can buy a pair of jeans or underwear and take them home and if they don't fit, you can bring the clothing back to the store within 7 days for store credit, however, if you buy a wheelchair for a disabled person or elderly person and it doesn't fit, you CAN'T bring it back.. WOW.. Nice policy.. Doesn't make any sense to me... The manager finally gave in, but only cause we were annoying him with our twenty questions on reasons why we will not be spending our money in that store anymore.
