  • Appointment was at 2pm. It took them 55 minutes for a dentist to see me. 45 of those spent in the lobby waiting area. Very annoying. Teeth cleaning was extremely fast and not even half as thorough as any I've gotten elsewhere in the past. Irritated that I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday here. I won't be back. & they were supposed to credit the family member of mine's account for referring me- no one talked to me about it like they said they would so I hope they get it done or that will be another complaint.
