  • This place has a decent variety of brands and sales are decent. Some regular items are overpriced compared to Intermix and Jonathan & Olivia but you could get a good deal during clearance on brands like Marsell and Isabel Marant. However, I must say that there is no service at all unless you are wearing obvious designer items. I've visited the store over a dozen times and the two times I wasn't ignored was when they noticed I was wearing "something nice". I made a purchase recently and the girl at the cash just scanned the item without acknowledging me even though I had been waiting in line for a few minutes. She didn't even ask if anyone was helping me or if I had a customer file even though she asked the customer before me. Truth is no one helped. I don't know why that is as the store is rarely understaffed and I generally get pretty good service at the nearby Holt Renfrew and Intermix, even at smaller stores like Jonathan & Olivia. I am not a needy customer but a "hello" would be nice sometimes.
