  • No, sorry, can't give a good review to hotel that has you walk up 3 floors to your room after you communicated in advance (3 days) that you are a diamond member, and that that wasn't going to work. Hotel is under renovation, and has no elevator service. Yeah, I get it, it's only a couple floors, but I also could have stayed at a hostel too, right? Front desk didn't have any comment other than to offer to carry my luggage up...thanks, but no.
