  • Worst car wash experience I ever had! This is the first time I ever posted a review, due to the fact that no one should ever take their car to this dump. I watched as my truck sat waiting for someone to clean it, the staff was walking around doing nothing but joking around with each other and wasting their time. When it finally came time for the guy to clean my car, he moved very slowly and started talking to another person that did not even work there. He wasted so much time trying to clean my truck. When it was finally ready about 1.5 hours after I had gotten there, I noticed that my front floor mat was missing. He said I did not have a floor mat, I told him that I did and that I paid to have them cleaned. He said he did not see a floor mat and did not know where it was. He said he would get the manager to talk to me, then a guy with tattoos showed up and said I did not have a floor mat, I told him that I did and wanted it back. Then he went and got another guy that had checked me in and this guy then went around the back and found the floor mat! What a joke this place is, I then noticed that the bugs had not been cleaned off of the chrome on my front grill and the antenna was not on the vehicle. The carpet appeared that it had never even been vacuumed. I had paid for the complete works package and only received a shoddy car wash. Even the bed of my pickup was full of debris and looked worse than when I had arrived! I will never go here again, even when I was waiting for mu truck to be done, another guest was upset with the service and was arguing with staff. I have never ever in my life been to a place that was run so poorly.
