  • This review is for making an appointment. Dr. Gondy has been my doctor for almost 10 years. She is great! Awesome and very compassionate. Calling about refill on my rx and questions to her MA, no problems at all. They call you back right away. But scheduling an appointment, gosh! You can't talk to a live person. All voicemails. I work at a medical office as well and sometimes i wish we could just direct these calls to a voicemail but good thing we don't because patients feels less aggravated when they do talk to a live person rather than leaving vm and wait for a phone call for 48 hrs.. just to reschedule an appointment?! And when they do call back, they don't care if you can't make the date they'll give you. It's either take it, make it work or wait another 6 months.
