  • The Arizona Grand golf course at one time was probably beautiful, pristine and 5 star course. Unfortunately they have let it go! It is no longer grand! Pulling up to the bag drop, a young fellow walking very slowly while a line was growing behind us, took the golf bags complaining it was too hot to move any faster....it was 75* that's comfortable! We told him our name....we went inside to pay....through the resort, the gift shop, a Starbucks, finally to the Pro shop (which seems like an after thought) paid for our tee times, grabbed a bite to eat. Went outside, to our horror, our bags were laying in the dirt of a potted plant....nope not on a cart but in the dirt! The cart guy, Jason, tried to laugh it off, he was rude, he was full of excuses and he was threatening. The fairways were just that fair....the greens were in terrible shape! They have you sign a disclaimer, if you wreck the cart you buy it. The course is hilly, the cart paths are windy, with little warning. The marshals....what a joke they do nothing to assist or serve. The cart girl was rude, grumpy and impatient. The bathrooms on the course were all locked. The group that was in front of us pissed on a tree. The Arizona Grand is not so grand! Arizona offers so many wonderful golf courses....save your money & time.
