  • Hotel is just ok. The in suite dinning is a complete bust. Now I've stayed at the Delano at least 20 times and ALWAYS order room service. In their quest to improve profits they continue to take away from the customer. Now only one piece of toast will come with your breakfast. Mind you this is a $35.00 breakfast for one. Extra charge for Tabasco with your paid order. Just another example of corporate America ripping off their customers. Five star hotel??? I'd suggest a 3 star at best. If you dare to stay at the Delano, do not order their room service.
