  • Fitness works friends. Watch your statements. Our family is leaving them as they had charged my account a total of $90 in fees this month and I was not told about it. Counselors are dishonest and the company doesn't care about customer service. I called corporate and they too do not care about loyalty or customer care. I had been a loyal member for 4+ years and they do not care about customer service. Watch your bank statements.
