| - Today, while visiting Unionville for a few hours, we decided to head into the Unionville Arms Pub for a pint and some late lunch.
It was a very good experience. Upon entrance, the owner/manager approached us, very friendly, and hospitable. Once sat, he tried to push us on Keith's Stout (ha ha, no chance bud), but it was a good laugh if anything. Our server was nice, cheerful, and efficient.
I had the ABC Sandwich (apple, bacon, and cheddar) on taxas toast with fries - $9.99, and she had a steak pie with mash and peas, $10.99.
All was enjoyed at this pub, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good pub for pints and food in Unionville.
p.s. Get rid of some of the TV's. way too many, like a Jack Astors or something. It takes away from the cozy atmosphere that already exists.
