A Cat Hospital is a great concept that makes my cat feel comfortable. Aside from being stuffed in a cage for the car ride, my cat actually likes going to this vet. All of the staff I have encountered are friendly, helpful and seem to be real "cat people". My cat also liked the window between the the waiting room and cat boarding with the caged birds.
My first encounter with A Cat Hospital was for check up and vaccinations for a stray cat I took in. The staff took the time to explain the different tests, vaccines, and their costs allowing me to choose the extent of care necessary for my kitty.
The next time I visited was for a severe abrasion that wouldn't stop bleeding. They were able to get my cat in right away on a Saturday, which impressed me. They cleaned and treated his wound to my satisfaction, gave us antibiotics, and a collar so he couldn't chew the scab. All together the cost was a little over $100. I didn't think it was too outrageous compared to human care.
As the owner of a young, male cat with more than nine lives, I am sure I will be visiting A Cat Hospital again in the near future and would recommend it to other cat owners in the Green Valley area.
