If I could do 0 stars I would. I have had cox for 15 years and service and value go down as their prices soar! Each tech that comes out tells me something different than last tech and service goes off internet and cable constantly while they are upgrading to digital service that will only cost more! Every time I call I get a different story and they always say last person didn't know what they were talking about??? Less than 2 weeks ago I spent 2 hours on phone with tech and on Thanksgiving day during football game service was down again! Nice job!
