  • Directions thru the airport were given and I was told to wait outside. The first shuttle I saw said that it was going to Prescott and that my shuttle going to Cottonwood would be next. I comfortably waited and at the exact time another shuttle arrived and I approached the driver, an employee named Olivia LITERALLY accosted me. As I asked where this shuttle go she spoke over me and would not let me ask any questions from the driver, from her, NOBODY! Every time I tried to speak she cut me off saying the same thing over and over. I'd been sitting outside for more than half an hour. Why now is she aggressively telling me to step inside to check in? I asked her if I may speak and she just huffed at me. I asked her why she was so aggressive and she just turned away from me and asked my name. I asked her if she was really in customer service she just huffed at me again. I'm stunned. The driver seems nice.
