  • Do not do business with this company. They do not deliver anything as promised. Placed order, paid 50% up front and was told it would be 3 weeks. Tore up staircase waiting for them (very unsafe) and 7 weeks later still no wrought iron. They scheduled an appointment for final measure and didn't call or show up. I had to call them to re-schedule. Then they set a date for the install but the installers said they pickets weren't even in the shop yet and they didn't know when they would be in. Lack of communication between sales staff, office, and shop. Very frustrating experience (and it's not over yet). Will update when the job is finally done. Here's an update- just keeps getting worse. The installer has damaged my woodwork, shows up for a couple hours, drills some holes, then disappears. The company offered me a bribe to remove this post. Not sure if I'm being punished for posting before the job was done, if they gave me their slowest installer because they still don't have all the materials yet (they were short 16 of the pickets), or if they are just totally incompetent. I'm ready to move from bad Yelp review to lawsuit.
