  • I went to this Super Cuts location in Surprise on 5/17/16. I spoke to the stylist, Barbara and we discussed what I wanted for my visit today. We had agreed very minimal cut and concentrated more on texturing. We also discussed my side area in front of my ears and agreed what needed to be cut. All was well until she cut one side shorter than the other. She then apologized for cutting that side too short and then had to even out the other side. She then again apologized for getting carried away for cutting it too short and said that it would grow! I would like to know what I am supposed to do while I am waiting for it to grow again. She then wanted to cut my bangs and I said just let them be- I was afraid I would not have any bangs when she was done! She then did the texturing but in such a way that when I arrived home to actually "style" my hair, I discovered that I now had hair that was literally chopped in the back. Am I furious yes,yes,yes. To anyone considering going to Super Cuts, please do yourself and your hair a favor and talk to friends etc. and go to a private salon. It is worth the extra money.
