  • Kiera is the aesthetician here. First, her room is lovely with purple themes which is comforting and relaxing. I requested the massage with express facial. She was on time and ready with my intake forms on her iPad. She asked a few questions about my history and skin products. She also asked what I was interested in achieving for this visit. I really wanted relaxation and clean skin and that's what I got. Her bed was comfortable. Her touch was great (not too hard and not too soft). She asked once during the treatment about the firmness, which I was happy about. She didn't talk through the treatment so I was able to really focus on the massage and truly relax. The facial was nice too. At the end I was presented with product recommendations and prickly pear water. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!
