  • Don't waste your time in trying to get in touch with anyone at Nocturna for a sleep study. They are so understaffed it is ridiculous. Only one person to answer phones and set appointments. It doesn't matter which selection you choose at beginning of call you can't get through to an actual person. Save yourself the time and frustration and ask your Doctor to refer you to a business that actually cares about people because Nocturna is not a business that cares about people, in fact I don't think they care about anything.
