  • Heidi's staff did a phenomenal job with my son's April wedding of approx. 100 guests... All food choices were delicious-expertly prepared and presented, and the staff exceptional which led to so many of the guests commenting on both the food and staff... The meal was plated with meal choice designated by different colors of ribbon tied to the place cards which definitely helped the servers. Passed hot and cold appetizers were continual along with the "grazing stations" being monitored and refreshed. I was more than pleased- I was delighted... I didn't have to think or coordinate or request a single thing thanks to the professionalism and attention to detail by Steve and Jillian- Everything just flowed- I definitely will use them for any future events or parties....
