  • I rarely write negative reviews but I just had to for this company. What terrible service! They failed to show up on the first scheduled appointment & when I called they mysteriously "lost" my information. When they did eventually clean our house I was not impressed at all. I'm not usually that particular when people clean my house but they did a terrible job. Mirrors & counters weren't cleaned well & they only cleaned one side of our sliding glass door. I could go on but will spare you. You get the idea. Save your time & money, don't use Pretty In Pink Cleaning. Is it too much to ask for a reliable & professional cleaning company!?
