I'm not someone who reviews airlines. It's a tough business and not one where you can get superlative feedback.
But I have to commend American for going the extra mile in being brusque and rude -- and making an otherwise difficult missed connection truly horrible experience. This was from the missed flight because they couldn't de-ice a plane quickly after a .5 inch snow to the in-flight attendants who displayed their job security with every move to the on site connection staff who topped it all.
I'm going to go give some positive feedback to other airlines (Alaska, Emirates, Southwest,...) that I now have found deeper appreciation for.
