Alisha, the front desk supervisor is completely unreasonable. We checked in and could not use or restroom for 2 hours. The maintenance guy worked on our clogged drains for 2 hours. My family had to use the public restroom after having driven for 5 hours to get here. Upon bringing all this to Alisha's attention, she responded by telling us she would give us $30...for a $400+ reservation for 2 nights. I told her that was totally unreasonable. Talking to her was like talking to a wall.
I've been a Hilton honors member for many years. We are very, very disappointed with this hotel, and service.
We are still at the hotel, all the "managers" (who are not the hotel managers) are blaming us for staying in the room that we checked in to...ie. Not re- packing all or stuff and moving to an older room.
I travel for a living...I've never experienced such terrible hotel service. I will no longer stay at Hilton properties. The problems we had, was an opportunity for this staff to shine. Instead, they blame us for the crappy hotel amenities and service. This is s very bad experience. It all started with Alisha.
