  • We have a Shi Tzu that has had many grooming issues. We actually had to put him on anti-depressants every time we had him groomed at previous groomers. We have been taking him to Family Pet Salon for 5 months now. They are always accommodating with last minute appointments, and they even remember who he is when we bring him in. They cut his hair exactly like we ask them to, and they are always friendly to us. We have had 10 grooming appointments for our dog, and we have not had a single bad experience here.
