Three days ago I called the the Cupcakery on Eastern as I live less than 5 minutes away. I was treated like the ugly stepchild over the phone. The employee was rude and extremely disrespectful. I made a conscious decision that I would NEVER frequent that location again. I then called the Cupcakery in Summerlin. What a difference. The young man that answered the phone was courteous and polite and when I told him what I was looking to order, he put Ricardo on the phone. Ricardo was the "ICING ON THE CAKE". He helped me with a design for the cupcakes, apologized for the rudeness at the other location (which happens to be a different owner) and I could not be more pleased. Although the Summerlin location is about 20 minutes away compared to 5, it is definitely worth the drive. Thanks Ricardo for taking care of a customer with respect and courtesy. This is what makes a business thrive.
