  • As first-time home buyers, we were both nervous and naive about the home-buying process. We wanted a broker who was both knowledgeable and caring. We ultimately chose the House Team because of their ratings, and are so very glad we did. Frankly, the House Team is a well-oiled machine. Not only is each member an expert in his or her field, but each member of the team is poised to answer any and all questions, assuage fears, and/or tackle current or potential issues. And there were issues! Yet, Jeremy and his team knew what to do to not only remedy these issues, but also knew what to say to put our fears to rest. As for Jeremy, I don't know if the guy sleeps! I would email questions to him after working hours, hoping he would get to them the next morning, yet he'd have them answered before the day was over! All-in-all, the House Team took what was a very stressful process (there's no getting around that) and made it as painless as possible. We were never left in the dark as far as status reports on our loan and, honestly, each member did what they could to counsel us so that we weren't pulling our hair out because of stress. We 100% recommend the House Team to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
