  • When we discovered a leak in our A/C unit, we searched Yelp to find a reputable company to service the issue. Black Mountain had great reviews, so we thought we'd give them a call and get a quote. We were so impressed with their service that we didn't even need to shop around! Between the office team, the guys doing the estimate and the actual service, they were all easy to work with and made the process effortless. They provided three different estimates for the job, pending the level of repair we wanted to do. We opted on replacing the entire unit. When Will and the guys came out to replace the unit, they were very polite and professional. They finished the job even quicker than anticipated and were great about communicating with me when they were about to wrap up. We will definitely use them again for any future repairs or maintenance on our units. A true 5-star experience, all around!
