  • We moved in September and have been so pleased. The staff is very friendly and organized. Everyone Really works to keep this place running in tip top shape. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy and the maintenance men always come in a timely fashion. The club house is stacked with games, a pool table, poker and shuffle board. There are multiple TVs, couches and sitting areas. They even have a coffee bar! They always host a couple events in the clubhouse each months that seem to be well put together. The location is amazing - right in south end, one mile from downtown and a couple blocks from the rail. I really can't think of any complaints.
