  • I defiantly am taking my business somewhere else. I called to ask a question & the manager Renee gets all upset. Then I hear her on the phone talking about me to the other side to her coworkers. It's very unprofessional. They said the next day about my insurance & it's been a week. They blame my insurance company, I ask for an email of my X-rays & I call them a week later because they didn't send it to find out I have to come back & fill out a form. I wouldn't go here, just be careful because you don't know what kind of attitude your getting. I don't trust them with anything now. They probably won't even send over my X-rays to another surgeon
