  • It is well known that the staff at Lush are overly-friendly; there are even memes about it. That's definitely true at this location. There are often more people working than people shopping, and even if you tell them you know what you're looking for, they are insistent on helping you. Today I went in for lip scrub, and told the girl that's what I came in for. When I ventured over to grab a bath bomb, she followed me and started asking what scents I like. I didn't want to be rude so I let her pick one out for me and then walked to the check stand. I understand that good customer service is important, but sometimes I just want to get what I want and get out. To be frank, after my trip today I was thinking I would stick to ordering online so I can just avoid it. This store is a-ok; I know some people may not be bothered with it and may actually like the help, but it's a bit much for me.
