  • This is the second time my wife and I purchased a Civic from this outstanding dealership. The first time was in 2008 and that experience was great. They exceeded our expectations yet again. My sales rep. Sherif Wahby was friendly, knowledgeable and simply made the whole experience fun. He worked with us to ensure we were buying the right car and did not rush or pressure us in any way. He and his Team Lead, Bishoi Botros took the time to draft up four separate quotes covering different scenarios so we would have all the information we needed to make the perfect choice for us. Dustin in the finance office was equally a pleasure to deal with. Everyone there is so laid back and you can see they love their work. The best part was ringing the bell and everyone cheering our new purchase. They even put a bow on the car when we came back to pick it up! I can't recommend this dealership enough and I will never go anywhere else again.
