  • I have been coming to this sears auto for years. I don't understand how other customers don't know how things work. This is not a fast food restaurant. It will not be completed in 5 minutes. They have 5 customers or more requesting service in the a.m. and maybe 2 techs. Yes it will take time to get to your vehicle they are professionals and make sure they do it right the first time. I have a lot of respect to the sales reps for being professional and trying there best to satisfy all customers even if they are rude. Good job guys keep up the good work.
