  • Someone from my work recommended Billy and his crew at import autoworks, and I can't speak more highly of them. First I set an appointment and to my surprise I was seen at the appointment time, which in the repair industry is pretty rate. They took my car into the back for service on my A/C. The owner came to the front to get me and tells me they found some other issues with vehicle. Every car owner dreads those words, especially if you just want something simple and get out. They showed me where my axle was having issues and that my rotors were starting to crack and have grooves. Of course I am starting to sweat and wonder what ridiculous price I was going to hear, Every price they quoted me was both reasonable and below the industry standard. To top it off they lent me their loaner car overnight so I could return to work and could get my car the next day. In life finding an honest mechanic shop willing to do excellent work and be honest with it's customers is very rare Import Autoworks is that gem.
