  • From the time we arrived at BigTwo Toyota in Chandler, Az, to the moment we drove away in our new vehicle, we were surrounded by the best people in the business. I need to explain a few amazing people that stood out on 10/29/16! Jason Moffett was the first person we met upon arriving...our saleman, if you are considering BigTwo you need to ask for Jason. Jason answered every question we threw at him, he was knowledgeable on everything he possibly could on Toyota vehicles. Jason gave us time to consider our choices and after the decision was made he walked us through and explained every detail. I actually could go on and on about about our experience. I truly did not know what vehicle I was interested in upon entering, but it didn't take long to fall in love with the Toyota 4Runner. I can tell you that if you request Jason you will not be disappointed, we will definitely ask for him when returning in the future for a Tacoma. Another person that stood out for fantastic Customer Service was Samantha. She has the best smile and a beautiful personality. Her follow up to us was the definition of Customer Service. At the end of your BigTwo Toyota experience you now meet Meredith Black, she was so great at explaining how you can use your new vehicle to its highest potential. She is so bubbly, up beat and friendly. Meredith will have no problem in the future achieving her goals at BigTwo!! Now it's time to get to BigTwo Toyota in Chandler, Az, so you too can also meet the best people in the business!!
