I will start with the good; the food was wonderful. The initial problem occured when the hostess couldn't find our reservation. My friend showed the hostess the confirmation text on her phone. She says sorry I don't have it in our system. Finally the manager figured out that they put the reservation under Gloria. Umm yeah. We don't know a Gloria. The service was horrible. Our waitress was not friendly and looked stressed out. A smile goes a long way. It took forever to get our food ordered. We got nothing pleasant from our waitress and was reluctant to take our group photo for our book club. Really? Lighten up. We weren't giving her a hard time or anything. She did take the photo and did a good job. At the end again, disappointment. Stressed out waitress, informed us to put away your birthday cupcakes you can't have them here. She was nice enough to ask the manager was it ok. We said never mind we will eat them outside. Yes, in 105 degrees. We were offered a birthday dessert for our book club friend. She declined; we were ready to go after that. it was not a good experience; it also ruined our book club experience. I am sure that the waitress was having a tough day and I am sure things weren't all her fault, but sometimes you just have to roll with it and she did that poorly. I will not be returning.
